A segunda etapa da Copa Três Rios de Ciclismo será realizada no dia 5 de abril (domingo). A expectativa é de que 200 atletas participem do campeonato, que está em sua 7ª edição.
A competição valerá também para a segunda etapa do Campeonato Estadual de Ciclismo.
